My recent stay was quite good! I loved the wall-mounted toiletries in the bathroom and the spacious room made it comfortable. Breakfast choices were enjoyable, especially the pre-made pancakes you could heat up.

The staff provided excellent service, especially during check-in, but the hotel itself felt outdated. While the room was spacious and clean, the bathroom had maintenance issues, and I found the mattress uncomfortable. It’s a decent choice but needs some serious renovations.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The outdoor pool was a hit with the kids, and we loved being so close to popular spots like Amazement Square and the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. The staff was incredibly nice, which made our stay even better.
